In this week’s message, we explore the profound importance of listening to God’s voice, as illustrated in the book of Genesis. The creation story highlights the power of God’s word in bringing order from chaos. Humans, created in God’s image, were intended for communion with Him but faced the potential for disobedience. The fall of Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden serves as a poignant lesson on the consequences of listening to the wrong voice, leading to sin and death. This internal struggle between good and evil inclinations shapes our character and destiny. Despite humanity’s fall, God’s plan for redemption was set in motion, culminating in the coming of Yeshua, who offers a path to eternal life and reconciliation with God.
