Abraham was not only blessed because of one great moment on Mount Moriah. He was blessed because of his daily walk in commandments, statutes, and laws. The great and the small.
Repentance is not reserved for dramatic moments of failure. It is a daily posture of keeping the heart oriented toward the One who never stopped calling.
What does it really mean to have faith? Not just believing God exists, but trusting Him with a steadfast, unwavering confidence even when life is hard, confusing, or discouraging.
Even when life gets tough, we can practice Hakarat HaTov – recognizing the good in every situation. How might your perspective change if you truly believed that everything good in your life comes from God’s hand?
God is our unchanging rock – the same God who heard David’s cry and moved heaven and earth to deliver him. Are you building your life on the solid rock of God’s character, or trusting in vessels that won’t survive the storm?
Like Nehemiah rebuilding Jerusalem’s walls, God is calling us to restore what’s broken and become bridge-builders in His kingdom, that we might be one flock, united under Yeshua, our Messiah.
As we approach the High Holy Days, we’re reminded of our deep longing for Yeshua’s return and the restoration of all things.
In these times of great darkness, we are called to speak truth in love, defend the persecuted, pray as spiritual warriors, and remember this is ultimately a spiritual battle.
