Parashat Re’eh
We have been given the ministry of reconciliation – a ministry of reconciliation through relationship with God and through relationship with other people.
A key purpose we have at Emmaus Road is to serve in this ministry of reconciliation as repairers of the breach, restoring what has been lost regarding the identity of Yeshua and of His message of covenant loyalty to God.
It is also our desire to faithfully represent Yeshua as a faithful Jew who upheld the Torah and to grow in understanding of His call to covenant faithfulness for all who would love God and follow Him.
As we repair this breach and restore the age-old foundations, both Jew and Gentile will come together and see Yeshua as the true Messiah of Israel and draw near to God in faithful obedience to Him.
Those from among you will rebuild the ancient ruins; You will raise up the age-old foundations; And you will be called the repairer of the breach, The restorer of the paths in which to dwell.
