Yom Teruah / Rosh Hashanah 5781
In Genesis 21, it is written that God remembered Sarah and He did for her according to what He had promised. At the appointed time, Sarah gave birth to Isaac, the promised seed.
Having once given up on the idea of providing offspring for Abraham, she now held the fulfillment of the promise in her arms. Her laughter of doubt was turned to laughter of joy!
As we wait for Messiah to return, may we endure with faith and hope, knowing that God is faithful to keep His promises. One day we will hear the sound of the Great Teruah, the Great Shofar, and behold the coming of Yeshua our Messiah, who is the Promised Seed!
Blessed are the people who know the sound of the Teruah, in the light of Your manifest presence O LORD, they shall walk.
