Yeshua came announcing the arrival of the Messianic Era: “Repent, for the Kingdom of God is at hand.” When the leaders rejected the call to repent, they missed the early opportunity to usher in the Messianic Era, just as the spies failed to strengthen the Children of Israel to go up and take the Land.
When Yeshua cursed the fig tree just before His death, He was prophesying the coming exile. As we await His return and the fulness of the Messianic Era, how do we hasten that day?
