Set Apart for a Purpose

Parashat Nasso

The nazirite vow is a voluntary vow of separation unto God. Some individuals were called to be life-long nazirites from birth, while others took them for shorter periods.

The one who takes on this special call to holiness has a unique opportunity to draw near to God and accomplish great things in the Kingdom.

Whether one takes on a nazirite vow or not, God has a plan and purpose for each of us, and each of us can accomplish great things in the Kingdom!

When you play for yourself, you can be great. But when you play for something greater than yourself, that’s when something extraordinary can happen…God has a purpose for all of us and it is not insignificant…God wants you to be a superstar.”
