Parashat Tzav
Throughout history, God has used the season of Passover to establish covenants and fulfill promises, from His covenant with Abraham, to the exodus from Egypt, to the death and resurrection of Yeshua. The Passover korban (sacrifice) is a type of peace offering, which is particularly significant as it creates harmony between heaven and earth. Yeshua laid his life down as a type of peace offering, creating peace between God and man, uniting heaven and earth, and providing a way for all to draw near to God. The redemption we have through Yeshua calls us to draw near to God with sincere hearts and to celebrate the Passover peace-thanksgiving offering, sharing the miracle of God’s redemption.
