Shemini Atzeret & Simchat Torah
The festival of Sukkot points to the Messianic Era, the thousand year reign of Messiah Yeshua on earth. After the Messianic Era we enter into the World to Come with a new heaven and a new earth, symbolized by the Eighth Day (Shemini Atzeret).
Throughout this season and the Messianic Era (may it come quickly!), the glory of God is being revealed in greater and greater measure, culminating with God’s dwelling place being with man!
And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Behold, the dwelling place of God is with man. He will dwell with them, and they will be his people, and God himself will be with them as their God.”
