Parashat Noach
The world had become corrupt and was destined to destruction, but Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD. Through the righteousness of one man, mankind was saved and the world was made new for those who were kept safe in the ark when the judgment came.
Likewise, each person has fallen short of the glory of God and is destined for destruction. But Yeshua found grace in the eyes of the LORD. Through the righteousness of one man, mankind is saved for a world being made new for those who hide themselves in the Word of God and walk in righteousness.
I do not regard myself as having taken hold of it yet; but one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and reaching forward to what lies ahead, I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Messiah Yeshua.”
