The Book of Redemptions

Parashat Pekudei

The month of Nisan stands as a pivotal time in the biblical calendar, representing the first month and carrying deep spiritual significance for renewal, redemption, and divine presence. God established Nisan as the first month at the time of the Exodus from Egypt, and one year later, the Tabernacle would be inaugurated during Nisan, exemplifying God’s desire to dwell among His people and bring the complete redemption. This divine dwelling place, filled with God’s glory cloud, traveled with the Israelites throughout their journeys. Today, this pattern continues as believers are called to be living sanctuaries, creating both time and space for relationship with God.
